What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
• Lead technical architecture decisions and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Collaborate with product and design to ship user-facing features
• Improve system reliability, performance, and security
• Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
• Solid understanding of database design and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLMs
• Background in fintech or enterprise software
• Experience with document processing or OCR
• Contributions to open source projects
