Head of Growth

About the role

We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our growth engine, from brand awareness to conversion optimization.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across all channels
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to align on go-to-market initiatives
  • Establish and track key growth metrics and KPIs
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize spend across channels

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience building and managing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, M&A, or enterprise software
  • Background in product-led growth strategies
  • Experience with account-based marketing
