About the role
We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our growth engine, from brand awareness to conversion optimization.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across all channels
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team
- Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
- Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to align on go-to-market initiatives
- Establish and track key growth metrics and KPIs
- Manage marketing budget and optimize spend across channels
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS companies
- Experience building and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, M&A, or enterprise software
- Background in product-led growth strategies
- Experience with account-based marketing
